Create your account at www.novaflix.gr and install the app you’d like to use, depending on your device. In order to be able to watch at your Android or iOS device, please download the app from Google Play or the Apple Store. In order to be able to watch at your Android TV Media Player or TV, please download the Novaflix Android TV app from the Google Play Store which is available at your Android TV device (watch video for instructions).

If you don’t have a subscription at a Nova service you can buy Novaflix at the price of €11.73, but if you have an active subscription at a Nova internet, telephony and/or television service you can buy Novaflix at the special price of €9.00. Novaflix supports payments via credit and debit cards. Diners and American Express cards are not supported.
In order to check the validity of your card a temporary freeze of €1 appears, which is directly removed (in the following two days) without charging your card.
We’d like to remind you that as soon as your free viewing period expires the credit/debit card you added to your Account will be charged.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Account. You will be able to watch content until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

In case your connected Nova service is blocked, you’ll need to pay its debt first and your connected Nova service to become active in order to qualify for the special price at Novaflix.
Whenever possible, absolutely. We provide our content available in HD when we can. Novaflix will try to offer you the best quality depending on your internet connection.
The majority of our content has subtitles in greek language. In selected content, you’ll have the option to activate and deactivate subtitles at the viewing page when you’re about to watch something.
For selected content, you’ll have the option to enjoy the programme you wish, with or without greek subtitles. In these occasions, greek subtitles are pre-selected and you may deselect them by choosing the related option (off or greek) at the bottom right side of your screen.
FOX Play provides on demand access at the latest series episodes of FOX and FOX Life channels.
FOX Play is provided free of charge as a part of Novaflix service. It is required to have the service activated.
In order to watch, the following are required:
- Internet connection (wireless or wired).
- Compatible device and installation, if needed, of Novaflix Player.
- Access details (username, password, PIN).
The “Auto Play” feature provides the ability to watch continuously one series episode after the other. And in case you don’t want to, you have the option to stop it and return back to it whenever you want.
The “Offline Viewing” feature provides the ability to download selected content to your device and watch it when you’re not connected to the Internet.
Programmes are available for offline viewing for 30 days from download completion. If you press play, you have 48 hours to watch them. If they’re removed from the service, they won’t be available for offline viewing.
You can download up to 25 programmes onto all your devices via Novaflix. You can download the same programme up to 2 times.
They are saved on your device storage, as a result it is important to have available space to download them. You may see your device’s available space at Novaflix settings. You’re able to watch those programmes only at Novaflix and only at the device you’ve downloaded them. In Android you have the option to save on internal or external storage as long as there’s a memory card at your device.
Yes, there’s an option for high and low download quality, which is available at Novaflix settings. The download quality affects the size and download speed of the programme. As regards the laptops, you’re able to select the download quality at the offline application’s settings.
At low quality the size of a programme file of 1,5 hours (90 min.) duration varies between 600MB - 800MB. At high quality the corresponding programme file varies between 1,4GB - 1,7GB.
The service is offered via any type of broadband connection (wired or wireless) and via mobile cellular networks (3G/4G).
I’m trying to connect to the service and the message “Connection failed” appears. What does it mean?
Make sure you’re connected to the Internet and try again. If the problem persists, use the Live Chat at www.novaflix.gr.
The minimum required internet connection speed is 2-3Mbps. The viewing quality is closely related to your internet connection. If your connection is very good then you’ll have the best possible quality. Additionally, you may choose the quality at player settings.
For tablets and smartphones modifications are not required, and the same applies for the majority of laptops. It is possible though to face problems in case you have activated specialized security settings at your network, your operating system or your browser. For technical support you may use the Live Chat at www.novaflix.gr.
We remind you that your subscription offers you the option to register and use 3 devices, 2 of them at the same time. That message appears when you’ve exceeded the allowed number of devices. You may renew your device, once per month, at “My Devices” section of your Account.
Depending on the device type, you have the option to create additional accounts (profiles with limited rights) through your main account, which are unique for every family member. At laptop/PC by selecting “Manage Profile” on the menu located at the upper-right part of the screen. At iOS/Android apps by selecting “Manage Profile” which is located under “My Novaflix” category of the menu. At Android TV devices via the select and create profile page (watch video for instructions).
In case you keep more than one active profiles to the service, we advise you to log out after every access. In that way, you can control more effectively that every profile will use the service according to the viewing options (e.g. parental control level) that have been assigned to it.

You have the option to manage your account and “lock” the content you wouldn’t like to be accessible to your kids, at laptop/PC and iOS/Android apps via My Novaflix > Admin > Manage Profile, by clicking on the profile you’d like to manage and selecting "Parental Control Level (PG Level)", and at Android TV devices via the select and create profile page, by clicking on the profile you’d like to manage and selecting “Parental Control” (watch video for instructions). Based on Regulation ΕU 2017/1128 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on cross-border portability of online content services in the internal market, you’re allowed to watch Novaflix at the countries of the European Union. See the countries here. Necessary condition is to have an active service subscription.
You don’t have to take any action. As long as you have an active subscription at the service you have access at its content from any European Union country and with any type of Internet connection, wireless or wired.

If your TV is an Android TV one you may install the Novaflix Android TV app. If it isn’t you may either connect to it an Android TV Media Player or your computer (laptop, desktop) by using a relevant cable. We remind you that the service is offered exclusively for private use.

That message appears on devices which don’t support Widevine Level 1. Please, consult the necessary Technical Requirements of the Novaflix service for more.
You can download from the Google Play Store which is available at your Android TV device an app (e.g. “DRM Info”) to perform that check. That app will provide you the Widevine Level information supported by your device.
In case your Android TV device doesn’t have a greek keyboard installed, you can download an app from the Google Play Store (e.g. “LeanKey Keyboard”) in order to add it. In that way you’ll be able to search in greek at the Android TV app. As soon as you install the app, you need to select it as “Current Keyboard” at your device’s Settings. At that point the greek will also become available as an option inside the Android TV app.
By clicking on “Exit” you exit the app and during your next visit you’re not asked to provide your email/password in order to connect. By clicking on “Logout” you need to provide your email/password during your next visit.
The “Email” / “Password” you’re asked to provide are those you’ve activated during your Sign Up at Novaflix service, and the same you use in order to connect to your Novaflix Account (www.novaflix.gr/myaccount).
With Novaflix Player you’re able to:
- Watch via every compatible browser.
- Install Novaflix service at any laptop with Windows or Μac OS (it’s necessary to allow the Novaflix player installation first).
- Continue navigate to the application or using your laptop while player is working in the background.
In order to help you complete the sign up process it is possible to receive a reminder email. If you don’t complete that process we’ll keep your email address for 7 days. After that point it is deleted and we don’t keep anything else from your data. The information we request during sign up is necessary for the security and the transparency of the transactions and the proper function of the service, based on what it is anticipated by the current greek and european legal framework. It is clarified that during the entry of your card details you’re being redirected to Piraeus’ Bank secure environment. We don’t store those data at any point of that process.
For the time being, Novaflix supports only one Subscription Pack, as a result you don’t have the option to change it. When the service will offer more than one Subscription Packs, you’ll have the option to change your Pack at the “Subscription Pack” section of your Account.

If you’re an existing subscriber, you may enter the Promo Code in the relevant field that exists in your Account. We’d like to remind you that as soon as the free viewing period of your Promo Code expires, the credit/debit card you added to your Account will be charged.
